WOMEN-LED DEVELOPMENT WAS ORGANIZED BY FICCI FLO

A highly engaging and inspiring dialogue on Women-Led Development was organized by FICCI FLO, Uttarakhand on 7th January 2026 at the IRDT Auditorium. The students of B. S. Negi MPPS were fortunate to be a part of this enriching event, as the Principal, Mrs.Namita Mamgain leaves no stone unturned to give our girls exposure to make them a global citizen.The dialogue, aptly titled “Her Vision – Our Future,” aimed to highlight the vital role of women in shaping a progressive and inclusive society.The event commenced with a warm welcome extended by the Chairperson, Mrs. Geeta Khanna, along with the esteemed committee members of FLO Uttarakhand. The distinguished guests included Mrs. Vinod Uniyal, Vice Chairperson of the Uttarakhand State Women Entrepreneurship Council, whose presence added great value to the occasion.Mrs. Vinod Uniyal felicitated the speakers by presenting them shawls n momentos.Honorable Minister for Forest and Technical education , Mr.Subodh Uniyal and Minister for Agriculture, Mr. Ganesh Joshi also graced the occasion by their presence.The students listened with keen interest to the insightful sessions conducted by the eminent speakers—Mr. Ankish Mishra, an expert speaker, Ms. Rajat Shakti, Ms. Karishma Dhingra, and Ms. Juhi Khanna. The speakers addressed contemporary and highly relevant topics such as Digital Literacy, Cyber Awareness, and the role of Artificial Intelligence in building and marketing businesses. Their presentations were informative, engaging, and tailored to inspire young minds.The event was efficiently chaired by Ms. Komal Batra and Ms. Neha Choksi, while the overall coordination was skillfully managed by Ms. Sunita Vidyarthi.Overall, the sessions proved to be extremely informative and thought-provoking for both students and teachers. The concepts were explained clearly and effectively, leaving a lasting impact on the audience. The event successfully motivated students to understand the importance of technology, awareness, and women’s leadership in shaping a better future.
