Admission

Admission in diploma courses for polytechnic is made through JEEP (joint entrance examination ) conducted by UBTE Roorkee in the month of May every year. Application forms of JEEP are made available by UBTE Roorkee during the period of January - February at at all polytechnics. Candidates selected in the entrance exam are allotted institutes as well as course of their choice on the basis of the rank attained by them through online counseling.

Direct admissions are done for Management seats. Candidate should contact Sansthan office for admission details.

Fees is uniform for all candidates - JEEP category or Direct Admission category.

SC/ST and OBC students are eligible for Samaj Kalyan Scholarship provided they apear in JEEP exam and if their admission is through counselling.

Successful applicants called for admission should bring original and attested copies of the following documents at the time of admission counselling.

• Proof of age on the certificate of High School.
• Transfer Certificate/Migration Certificate. (To be submitted in original).
• Character and Conduct Certificate.
• Proof of passing the qualifying examination together with mark sheet in accordance with the eligibility requirements for admission.
• Two passport size photographs for the identity card.
• Domicile Certificate/Mool Niwas Praman Patra.
• Permanent Address Certificate / Aadhar Card.
• Certificate from a Government Hospital/Civil Surgeon/Government Doctor about the Blood Group/Medical Fitness Certificate.
• Duly filled Hostel Admission Form, if opted for Hostel accommodation.
• Fill Anti Ragging Affidavits online by logging on to www.antiragging.in or www.amanmovement.org. Student should submit a hard copy of the Affidavit to the Institute Administration. It is mandatory for all the students granted admission. Cancellation of Admission.
