- Sansthan’s timings are from 8.30 am till 4.30 pm. Normal teaching hours are the from 8.30 am to 2.30 pm. Whenever extra teaching classes are taken, students are informed in advance. The parents should be continuously in touch with concerned class teacher. 80% attendance is compulsory for being eligible to appear for the final examinations.
- All assignments are to be submitted on the specified dates. Marks will be deducted for late submission. If a student is absent continuously for 15 days without information during a semester, her name will be struck off from the Sansthan’s roll. Re-admission will be done on payment of fee of Rs.1000/-.
- Any fee amount once deposited is refundable after deduction as per rule of the Sansthan’s. The fee should be deposited latest by first week after the commencement of the semester, failing which late payment will be charged.
- No students is permitted to leave the Sansthan’s premises during, working hours without written permission of the Principal/authorized person. In all cases, except that of sudden illness, which must be medically certified, prior permission of the Principal must be obtained through leave application for absenting. The application must be countersigned by the parent/guardian.
- Summer Training and Educational Trip will be at the expenses of the students for which NOC from the Parents is taken at the time of admission.
- Stationary and other material required for practical and theory work is to be procured by the students. Examination stationary is provided by the Sansthan.
- Students are not allowed to mishandle the Sansthan’s property. In case of any damage caused to the Sansthan’s property, Furniture, books etc., the students are liable to pay the landing cost.
- The Sansthan will not be responsible for personal items (Clothes, mobile, or any other valuable items etc.)lost, stolen or destroyed in the Sansthan’s Campus.
- The students have to submit their A/c No. and first page of the pass book at the time of admission so that their security can be deposited directly in their A/c. The security can be obtained only within 3 years after completion of the course after that the security fee will not be refunded.
- The passout students should be in touch with Sansthan for their relevant documents. On receipt of Marksheets & Diplomas from the Board, the information will be put on the Institutes Notice Board. The student will have to collect their Diploma and Marksheets within 3 years.
- The students living in PGs have to go through police verification through their PG owners. Sarai Act should be followed and it will be the responsibility of the parents and PG owners.
- If the students living outside /PGs are found including in the unsocial activities or Drug Addiction, then Sansthan will not be responsible. The institute will not be responsible for any activity of the student after the institute timings.
- Mobiles are strictily prohibited in the class. Regular frisking of bags is done to check this.
