It is a great pleasure for me to be addressing you all on behalf of such a prestigious institute, the foundation of which was laid in 1987 by Smt. Shobhana Wahi. Having been associated with this institute for the past many years, I have seen its growth, the many tribulations that it overcame, and finally its blossoming.
I believe in the adage that if the minds of the people are pure, the land is also pure. But if the mind is impure, so is the land. With this thought very close to my heart, I endeavour to reaffirm a very positive, harmonious, and affable environment in the sansthan. I am sure my team of teachers and staff and the members of the governing body also echo my sentiments. Such an attitude will definitely smooth out the wrinkles in intra-relationships, if at all there are any, helping everybody to channelize their energies in the consolidation and innovation of ideas and further expansion of the sansthan.
I believe and am determined to bring this sansthan to the top polytechnics of Uttarakhand by imparting quality, upgraded education through the latest technology. My vision is to proliferate exceptional technical education in the remotest part of Uttarakhand, fully equipped with new-age technology, and to reach out to all my beloved daughters and sisters so that I am able to make them self-reliant, confident, and empowered. This, I feel, is the purpose of my life, which I am totally determined to accomplish.
I express my gratitude towards Mrs. Shobhna Wahi and her team, all past presidents of Sansthan, who conceived this idea to empower the women of society and established this institute through which the girls have ample opportunity for education, training, and employment.
I find myself fortunate enough to carry forward their vision to the utmost of their satisfaction.
