TEAM BUILDING SESSION

Resource Person:Dr. Neha Choksi, Assistant Professor, DBS Global University

A highly engaging Team Building session was conducted on 26th August 2025 at B S Negi MPPS, aimed at developing collaboration, communication, and leadership skills among students. This session was organized under the MOU signed between FICCI FLO Uttarakhand and B S Negi MPPS as part of Project Skill Her.
The session was led by Dr. Neha Choksi, Assistant Professor at DBS Global University, who brought a dynamic mix of theory and practice to the workshop. An active contributor to the academic and professional ecosystem, she has served as a resource person and mentor for various FDPs, MDPs on emotional intelligence, time management, life skills and generative AI, seminars, conferences, and co-curricular events across the nation. She emphasized the importance of teamwork in academic, professional, and personal growth.
Through a series of interactive activities, students explored key aspects of team dynamics—such as trust, communication, problem-solving, and group decision-making. The hands-on exercises encouraged participation and helped students experience the power of working together toward a common goal.
Dr. Choksi also shared practical strategies for being an effective team player and leader, while addressing challenges like conflict resolution and diverse perspectives within groups.
The session concluded with a lively Q&A and reflection round. Students responded with enthusiasm, citing the session as eye-opening and motivating.
