PLANT YOUR BILL X # the plant challenge 26-August-2023

The emphasis on planting of trees is the most important aspect of social attention today. Mr. Vinayak Sharma Swami, The President of JAI, the youth wing of Shri Nityanand Swami JSS spearheaded this objective and took the initiative to organise an event for the youth of Dehradun “PLANT YOUR BILL X #theplantchallenge”. The event included planting of saplings by the young students of professional colleges on the Jharipani-Kipling Hike and Shikhar Falls Hike starting from Shahanshahi Ashram, Rajpur on 26 August 2023. This drive was organised by Shri Nityanand Swami Jan Seva Samiti in collaboration with Times of India & Pacific Mall Dehradun. The students of B S Negi MPPS participated in this campaign and planted saplings enroute the Jhari-Pani-Kipling Hike and Shikar Falls Hike. All the students actively participated in the Tree Plantation and actively took part in the discussions and debate. The Chief Guest for the occasion was Hon’ble Minister Shri Ganesh Joshi. The interaction of our students with the students from 20 other professional Institutes instilled immense confidence and enthusiasm amongst our students. It was a great learning experience for the students of B S Negi MPPS.
