PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP 23-February-2024
The Sansthan anticipated the need to equip our final year students adequately for their step into the outside world and learn the workplace culture and ethics. As our final year students will be embarking on a new journey very soon, so we strive to hone their soft skills and help them in strengthening their emotional quotient.
A very interesting session was organised on 23 February 2024 at the Seminar Hall. The key speaker Mrs. Savita Thapliyal is a special educator and gives counselling and guidance on real life issues.
The girls were reassured to share their issues and problems with Ma'am Thapliyal. The main focus of the lecture was sexuality education, confidence building and problem solving etc. Ma’am Thapliyal spoke on some of the most sensitive issues as sexual harassment at workplace, domestic violence and low self-esteem. Girls connected well with her and were really thankful for the useful session.
