MARKET SURVEY BY FASHION DESIGN DEPARTMENT 08 February 2024
Market surveys have always been a regular feature for our students in design courses. One such survey was organised for the fashion design students on 8 Feb 2024 so that the students could explore new trends and fabrics for the upcoming fashion show of the Institute.
The students visited the various shops in the Paltan bazaar and explored the numerous fabrics and patterns available and were guided on the appropriateness of the fabric for the specific dresses and costumes. The students loved the hustle and bustle of the market crowd.
The students were excited and learnt about the new fabrics in the market and their comparable prices. They learnt and managed to bargain and buy them it was a great learning experience the survey was headed by Mrs. Kajal Ghai and Mrs. Kiran Negi.
