The "Har Ghar Dhyan Campaign" the nationwide initiative in India aimed at promoting the practice of meditation and mindfulness was launched by the Ministry of AYUSH. The campaign wasorganised at the B S Negi MPPS on16 August 2023 in the Sansthan premises for all the students of the Sansthan. The campaign aimed to encourage students to incorporate meditation into their daily routine for improved physical and mental well-being.
The campaign emphasized the importance of meditation as a means of reducing stress, improving mental health, and enhancing overall well-being. The benefits of meditation were very well explained and emphasizedand that a regular meditation practice can help reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, and chronic pain, among other conditions.
The resource persons were Dr. Abha Mamgain, Shri Anil Mishra, Ms. Poonam Sharma and Ms. Vibha Tiwari, who emphasized the importance of mental well-being and happiness in all our endeavours. They performed some yogic asanas and breathing exercises along with Dhyan and Meditation. The workshop aimed to offer practical tools for managing stress, enhancing mindfulness, and fostering inner peace.
