EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS WORKSHOP BY NAANDI FOUNDATION 25 September to 1 October 2023
The Sansthan strongly believes that apart from academics, soft skill development is also essential for the students when they step out in the real world. It is imperative for the young adults to be equipped with appropriate life skills and soft skills. A workshop was conducted on “Employability skills” in collaboration with NAANDI Foundation which is a part of the Mahindra and Mahindra group CSR initiative for the students in the premises of B S Negi MPPS in the Sansthan.
Our students had this wonderful opportunity to participate in the interactive sessions where they could polish their skills in communication, body language, professional ethics, interview skills and many other professional skills. The sessions were totally activity based with lectures in between to apprise the students of the acceptable traits and then share their learnings. The workshop was spread over 6 days. The students benefitted immensely from these sessions which was visible in their demeanour and confidence post the workshop. The feedback videos as testimonials were proof of the success of this workshop.
The trainer Ms Renu Sharma was very diligent, thorough and compassionate while delivering her lectures and conducting the activities. The workshop was coordinated by Ms. Poonam Bhandari and Ms. Nupur Jolly.
