CHILDREN'S DAY MUSICAL CONCERT

On the joyous occasion of Children’s Day, a vibrant and memorable Musical Concert was organized in B. S. Negi MPPS to celebrate the spirit of childhood and to provide students with a day filled with inspiration, entertainment, and cultural enrichment.
The programme began on an auspicious note with the lighting of the lamp, symbolizing the dispelling of darkness and the ushering in of knowledge and positivity. This was followed by an encouraging welcome address and speech by the Principal Mrs. Namita Mamgain who highlighted the significance of Children’s Day and emphasized the importance of nurturing young minds with love, guidance, and opportunities.To add a touch of celebration, the teachers presented a lively and well-coordinated Group Dance, which was thoroughly enjoyed by the audience and brought smiles to the faces of the students.
The event was further enriched by a motivational speech by Shri Meer Ranjan Negi, former hockey player and coach of the Indian Women’s Hockey Team. His inspiring words on discipline, perseverance, and courage left a deep impact on the students, motivating them to dream big and work hard to achieve their goals.A major highlight of the programme was the soulful musical presentation by Uttarakhand’s renowned folk singers, Ms. Poonam Sati and Mr. Amit Kharrra. Their melodious singing, infused with the cultural essence of the hills, captivated the audience and created a delightful atmosphere. The students, teachers, and guests were mesmerized by their performance.
