CAREER COUNSELLING IN COLLABORATION WITH DOR FOUNDATION
DOR FOUNDATION is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering youth through career counselling and skill development initiatives. The Sansthan has collaborated with DOR FOUNDATION to participate in the career counselling of several deserving students, deprived of appropriate opportunities and guidance, within the polytechnic premises. The primary objective of this collaboration is to equip students with the necessary information and direction, required to make career choices, identify their latent potential and excel in their chosen field. DOR FOUNDATION offers personalized career counselling sessions to students, helping them identify their strengths, interests, and career aspirations.
Our Sansthan actively participated in the counselling and provided space, facilities and staff to the DOR FOUNDATION and supported them to conduct career counselling sessions and workshops within the polytechnic premises. The Sansthan actively supports the services of DOR FOUNDATION amongst the students, encouraging participation in counselling sessions and workshops. Such collaborations enhance the Career Guidance techniques in our faculty.
As a women's polytechnic, this collaboration plays a crucial role in empowering female students towards skill-based courses and achieve their career goals with confidence. The collaboration between DOR FOUNDATION and B.S. Negi Mahila polytechnic represents a significant step towards providing comprehensive career guidance and skill development support to students. By working together, we aim to empower the youth and create a brighter future for generations to come.
