An Aipan Art Training Programme was successfully conducted on 31 January 2026 through a collaborative effort
between B.S.Negi MPPS and a National NGO, under the initiative and guidance of our Honourable Principal
Mrs.Namita Mamgain.The training was organized for the benefit of the residents of Bachpan Balika Chatrawas,
with the objective of promoting traditional folk art and enhancing creative and vocational skills among young
girls. A total of 60 students from the Chatrawas participated enthusiastically in the programme.
The training sessions were conducted by two skilled students from Sansthan, who introduced the participants to
the cultural significance, motifs, and techniques of Aipan art. The sessions included both theoretical explanations
and hands-on practical demonstrations of Aipan art.The training concluded successfully with positive feedback
from the participants and appreciation for the efforts of the trainers.The initiative helped as a meaningful step
towards cultural education & skill development.
