COUNSELLING THROUGH ONLINE VIDEO CONFERENCING- GGIC DWARIKHAL 30 JANUARY 2025
The success and
growth of any institution are driven by the dedicated efforts of its leadership
and team. In this spirit, Principal Mrs. Namita Mamgain took the initiative to
organize an online career counselling session for the students of GGIC, in collaboration
with Mrs. Rashmi Rawat, PGT Chemistry at GGIC Dwarika Block, Pauri Garhwal. The
objective was to guide students from classes 10th to 12th about various career
paths and introduce them to emerging opportunities in different fields. This
session was aimed to make the students aware of the latest career options
available in the market.
The session was
conducted by all the HOD of the Sansthan assembled in the Conference Hall to
provide a detailed overview of the diverse courses offered by the institution.
The students of
GGIC Dwarikhal gathered in a designated room at the school premises. The communication was established through a
Google Link. All the stakeholders participated actively.
The session was
highly interactive, with students eagerly engaging in discussions, asking
insightful questions, and clearing their doubts. It was a moment of joy and
inspiration as young minds were given the opportunity to explore different
career avenues—an invaluable experience made possible through the power of
technology.
During the
session, students were provided with in-depth information about various
courses, including their curriculum, placement prospects, and other essential
details. The Principal of GGIC, Sh. Birender Giri expressed his appreciation
for the initiative, highlighting that this was a unique opportunity for their
students. The students were exposed to specialized fields such as Fashion
Design, Textile Design, Interior Design, Garment Technology, and Modern Office
Management &Secretarial Practices .
The B.S. Negi Sansthan remains committed to conducting more such career counselling sessions in the future, ensuring that students from remote hill regions have access to knowledge and opportunities that empower them to pursue successful careers and achieve their dreams.
