The Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education Roorkee (UBTER) organizes anti-drug campaigns as part of its efforts to raise awareness among students and the community about the dangers of drug abuse. These campaigns aim to educate youth on the harmful consequences of substance abuse and inspire them to adopt a healthy and drug-free lifestyle.

B S NEGI MPPS has always been proactive in conducting such campaigns . This year also an activity was organised in the Sansthan on 19th November 2024 under the component “Creative Activities” by encouraging students to participate in an Essay and Slogan Competition.
The topic of the above was :
1) Drug addiction is harmful for health.
OR
2) Impact of drugs on the society.
It was heartening to see an enthusiastic participation by the students who were visibly moved to spread this awareness on Anti Drug campaign. Approximately 40 students participated in these activities with great vigour and excitement.
