WORKSHOP NAANDI FOUNDATION -MAHINDRA &MAHINDRA PRIDE CLASSROOM 27 AUG 24-04 SEP 24
The
Sansthan strongly believes that apart from academic education, Skill
Development is also required for students when they step out into the world. It
is imperative for young adults to be equipped with essential life skills and
soft skills.
Training classes for enhancing the Employability
Skills of our students in collaboration with Naandi Foundation which is a part
of the Mahindra and Mahindra group CSR initiatives were conducted in the
Sansthan from 27th August , 2024 till 4th September,
2024.
Resource person Renu Sharma emphasized the
importance of essential skills for employability to our students.
The Mahindra Pride Classroom
program consist of :
· Life Skills - compassion, respect, gratitude, being a responsible global citizen.
· Soft Skills - grooming, body language, teamwork, time management, social
manners, etc.
· Communication Skills - functional English and the ability to express
themselves clearly in the local language.
· Presentation Skills - speaking clearly, coherently and confidently.
· Interview Skills - resume preparation, interview questions and
mock interviews
Forty-five students from all the Diploma Courses participated in the program. The workshop concluded in high spirits with students really benefiting by being more confident in themselves.
Our Principal, Mrs Namita Mamgain gave away the
certificates to the successful participants.
