In this workshop, the students learned how stress affects our ability to excel and, more importantly, learned practical ways to manage it. They were also introduced to a powerful tool—a wellness and gratitude journal—that can help them navigate challenges, cultivate a positive mindset, and ultimately, pave their way to a life of both wellness and excellence. The session proved to be empowering and insightful, leaving students more focused, confident, and better equipped for a fulfilling journey ahead.
