A concise and insightful session on “Lean Start-up & Minimum Viable Product/Business” was held on 5 August 2025 for the students of B S Negi MPPS. The session was conducted by Ms. Ella Garg. Ms.Ella is a Business Strategist & Designer by profession with nearly two decades of rich retailing experience. Her experience constitutes of conceptualizing retail formats, designing physical spaces, formulating business models and managing large sized operations. The session was attended by the final year students of all the design courses. They were introduced to key entrepreneurial concepts such as the Lean Start-up methodology, the Build-Measure-Learn cycle, and the importance of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) in validating business ideas. She summarised the concepts in the following way:
