5TH NATIONAL LEADER’S SUMMIT – MANTHAN 2025 “WOMEN’S SPL”"UTTARAYANI" CONCLAVE OF HIMALAYAN ENTREPRENEURS.

The 5th National Leader’s Summit – Manthan 2025 “Women’s Spl” was organised by Himalaya Resources Enhancement Society (Regd.) on 27 December 2025 at Mukhiya Sevak Sadan, CM house, Dehradun. Chief guest of the event was honorable chief minister sh. Pushkar Singh Dhami. It was organised under tge mentorship of mrs Vinod Uniyal, vice president RSMUP. It was a proud moment for the sansthan because our Principal mrs. Namita mamgain was among the guest of honor and received award for her recomendable work in the Pilytechnic .
The summit aimed to provide a common platform to women leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals, academicians and social workers to deliberate on issues related to entrepreneurship, organic practices, women empowerment, professional reverse migration, tourism, and culture and literature.
Objectives of the Summit was to encourage women’s participation and leadership in social, economic and political spheres,to promote entrepreneurship and organic livelihood options, especially in the Himalayan region,to discuss strategies for professional reverse migration and creation of opportunities in hill areas,to highlight the role of tourism, culture and literature in sustainable development.The programme commenced with registration of participants which was done by the students of our sansthan. A special introductory session provided a platform for young women entrepreneurs and students to present their ideas and innovations. Discussions were organised on professional reverse migration, challenges faced by women in remote areas, and the role of community organisations and government schemes. Overall, the 5th National Leader’s Summit – Manthan 2025 “Women’s Spl” was a successful and enriching event. It provided an opportunity for constructive dialogue and collaboration among various stakeholders committed to women’s empowerment and sustainable development of the Himalayan region.
